Important Information

• Please turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the room or upon checkout.
• Manage your valuables at your own risk. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage within the facility.​
• Handle furniture with care to avoid stains or damage. Please note that shoji screens are made of delicate natural materials.

• Please dispose of trash in the provided garbage bags inside the room.
• ​If the bag becomes full, use the spare bags located in the drawer under the kitchen sink.
• Upon checkout, place the sealed garbage bags into the trash bin located in the parking area.

• After using kitchen utensils and tableware, please wash and return them to their original place.
• For fire safety, use the provided IH heater instead of a gas stove.​
• Do not dispose of food waste in the sink to prevent clogging.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building and surrounding areas. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony outside the second-floor bedroom.

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests and neighbors, please avoid the following:

• Smoking indoors, including electronic cigarettes.
• Excessive use of strong perfumes or aroma oils.
• Bringing or cooking foods with strong odors (e.g., durian).

Additional cleaning fees may apply if special cleaning is required due to strong odors.

All items within the facility (e.g., towels, tableware, appliances, decorations) are provided for use during your stay. Please do not remove them. In case of missing or damaged items, compensation may be requested.

Please note that any items left behind will be disposed of. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding forgotten items.​

Commonly Forgotten Items:

• Smartphones and tablets​
• Underwear and socks​
• Jewelry such as rings and necklaces​

Before departure, please double-check to ensure you have all your belongings.​

If the room is left in an unusually dirty condition requiring extended cleaning time, an additional cleaning fee may be charged to cover extra labor costs.
