Plohibited Actions

Wearing shoes inside the property is strictly prohibited.

Avoid loud noises that may disturb neighbors, especially between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Smoking inside or near the property and littering cigarette butts is not allowed.

Leaving traces of vomiting or any bodily waste is strictly prohibited.

Do not dump garbage in unauthorized areas or outside designated bins.

Bringing more guests than the reservation without notice will result in double the nightly rate per extra guest.

A fee will apply for lost keys.

Any damage, stains, or removal of equipment or furnishings will incur repair or replacement fees.

The use of gas stoves, fireworks, bonfires, or charcoal grills is strictly forbidden.

Leaving the space in a significantly messy condition at checkout may result in additional charges.

Use of the property for sex work or related services is strictly prohibited.

Bringing or using illegal drugs on the premises is absolutely prohibited.

Opening, discarding, or tampering with packages or mail addressed to the host is not allowed.

Any other behavior that may disturb the facility or surrounding community is prohibited.
